# Getting Started

Setting up any Webhook requires you to:

1. Access to a Socialboards account. If you don't have one, [create a Socialboards account here](https://socialboards.com/en/free-trial/)
2. [Create an Endpoint ](/docs/apis/tickets/webhooks/create-endpoint.md)on a secure server that can process HTTPS requests
3. [Configure the Webhooks ](/docs/apis/tickets/webhooks/configure-the-webhooks.md)product in your community settings
4. [Testing your webhooks](/docs/apis/tickets/webhooks/testing-your-webhooks.md) setup by 3rd party service
