To access the Ticket API, you'll need an access token. To get a token, you’ll need:
Access to a Socialboards account. Create Socialboards Account
Login using administrator account
Open Settings by clicking on your user’s avatar in the top right corner of inbox and choosing “Settings”.
Open “Installation” tab.
Open “Public API” tab.
Click on “Generate” button.
Now you got Public API token. Copy it and add as value of
X-Token authorization header.
