# Reporting & Statistics

Socialboards deliver a wide set of reports and analytics to give you the insight you need to improve your business. Through your own account in our data warehouse, you can import the data into your own BI applications such as Power BI, QlikView, Tableau, etc.

The data in the data warehouse contains a datamodel that will give you insight into almost any KPI across multiple dimentions, such as incoming ticket volume per category or tag, time to first response across agents and agent groups, etc. **The data has also been anonymised to protect the privacy of your customers, according to GDPR regulations.**

To get an account to our data warehouse solution, please contact your Socialboards administrator and ask them to get in touch with their Customer Success Manager.
