# 2023-04 Intility AS

#### Important Update: New Hosting Partner, Data Processing Agreement Addendum, and Migration Schedule

As a valued customer of Socialboards AS, we are committed to ensuring the security and privacy of the personal data we process on your behalf in relation to your customer support services. We are excited to announce an important change in our hosting infrastructure, an accompanying Data Processing Agreement (DPA) Addendum, and the migration schedule.

**New Hosting Partner: Intility AS**

We are engaging a new hosting partner,[ Intility AS](https://intility.no/en/), and will be moving your data to their Azure subscription, with the exception of meta-data used for reporting services. This decision was made after careful consideration, as [Zisson AS](https://www.zisson.com/) (100% owner of Socialboards AS) already uses [Intility AS](https://intility.no/en/) for their own platform. [Intility AS](https://intility.no/en/) has been thoroughly vetted and found to be highly secure and reliable.

Partnering with [Intility AS](https://intility.no/en/) brings several benefits, including improved security, enhanced backup and recovery, and more. Additionally, your data will now be physically located in Norway, rather than the Netherlands.

**Migration Schedule**

The migration is tentatively scheduled for the weekend of May 1st. For exact dates and additional information, we encourage you to visit our status page at <https://status.socialboards.com/> and subscribe to updates to stay informed about the migration process.

**Data Processing Agreement (DPA) Addendum**

Please review the DPA Addendum, which outlines the updated terms and conditions related to this change. The addendum also includes an updated list of sub-processors and links to our always up-to-date list of sub-processors on our website: <https://developers.socialboards.com/docs/security/sub-processors>

**Contact Information**

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at <https://socialboards.com/en/contact/>

We appreciate your continued trust in Socialboards AS and look forward to providing you with the highest level of service and data protection.
